
These are really good….they sort of remind me of Soft Batch
cookies.
Which brings back memories of
Sunday night Lifetime movies and a new Barbie….and warm cookies of course!

Chocolate Chip Cookies (adapted
from Sunday
Baker)
Ingredients:
2 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 ½ sticks unsalted butter softened
¾ cups brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
1 package of instant vanilla pudding
2 eggs at room temperature
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup of milk chocolate chips
Directions:
~ Preheat oven to 350 degrees
~Sift flour, baking soda and salt and set aside.
~In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars.
~Add pudding and mix until well blended.
~Add eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth.
~Slowly add flour mixture.
~Fold in chocolate chips.
~Bake for 8-10 minutes.
